It is the generosity of the people of Coventry and Warwickshire that makes our shops so successful – enabling us to raise around £1.5 million each year.
Our shops are delighted to accept donations of items that are in good condition including:
Clothing
Unwanted gifts
Bric-a-brac and collectables
Household linens, curtains and bedding
Toys and games
Books, CDs, DVDs and videos
Good quality furniture
Should you wish to donate items of furniture you can call the regional warehouse on 02476 459342 to arrange collection by members of our van driving team. The Alcester shop does weekly collections locally and can be contacted on 01789 765533.
Please note that we are governed by law as to what we cannot accept and sell – for example upholstered furniture must comply with the fire regulations of 1988.
Deliveries and pick-ups
Our vans, based at our regional warehouse, will be grateful to receive calls to collect donations of furniture. Please see our shops locations for details.
When purchasing items of furniture from our shops you can, for a small charge, arrange for delivery of your furniture purchases to your home.
