Light Up a Life 2008

The Light Up a Life event, held in the build up to Christmas, provides the opportunity for people to remember the life of a loved one by sponsoring a light on our Christmas trees. A tree will be positioned in the grounds of each Hospice and will be illuminated at our switch on services, remaining lit during the dark winter nights until early January – the shining lights will be a celebration of the lives of those dear to us.
2008 will be the first time that we are pleased to be holding a service at the Rugby Myton Day Hospice as well as our usual service at Warwick.
For a donation we will enter the name of a loved one in one of our service programmes and you will be sent a Light Up a Life card of remembrance which will be your keepsake of this special occasion. To sponsor a light and to have the name of a loved one in the service programme please print off the form below and return it to:
