Hospice at Home

Introduction

Hospice at Home is a Specialist Palliative Care service that is complementary to statutory services such as district nursing. There are two services in operation one based in Rugby covering the Rugby area and the other based at Myton Hospice in Warwick covering Leamington Spa, Warwick, Kenilworth, Southam and the surrounding villages.

This service offers:

Help with personal and nursing care.
Psychosocial support for you and your family to enable you to remain at home if that is your choice.
Respite care to enable your family to continue to care.
A limited night sitting service to provide care for you and respite for your family.

The service operates seven days per week within the resources we have
available. Both services can access all other services offered by the
Hospice.
