David Jones was my little brother, he had his good bits and his bad bits. He had a massive heart and a generous nature, a fantastic sense of humour and a beautiful smile. He could also be a grumpy git when he felt like it, you would not want to build flat pack furniture with him, believe me I have done it. David was diagnosed with cancer on 5th november 2004 and he lost his fight on 18th September 2013. There is not day goes by when he is not in my thoughts, something I see or hear I think I must tell Dave about that and then I remember I can’t.
Dave loved Christmas, he always got presents for the adults because he said the kids got plenty,and he loved toys and gadgets for himself. Mum said he was like Peter Pan and he never grew up. I miss my brother so much it hurts and I know that I am not the only one who feels like that. Dave you were a very special person and the world just doesn’t seem the same without you in it.
