A fund in memory of Joan Swann, a wonderful Wife, Mother & Nanny who also touched the hearts of everyone who knew her.
Joan passed away in Coventry Myton Hospice on Tuesday 5th March 2013 after a 2 year battle against cancer. She fought extremely bravely and was such a positive person throughout.
She managed to see our daughter’s hastily re-arranged wedding just a week before her death. Something that made her smile.
Thank you to all our family and many friends for their support during this difficult time and especially to everyone at Myton for the incredible work that they do.
