Our Dad passed away from acute myeloid leukaemia with a fungal chest infection complication, in Warwick Hospital on the 30/01/15 but only days before had expressed his wish that he wanted to be cared for during his last days at the Myton Hospice by caring staff. Unfortunately it wasn’t to be. We plan to raise money at his funeral for the Hospice as we know this would have meant a lot to him.
