In memory of Vicki Clements

My mum was a beautiful, fun loving person who loved to be the life and sole of the party. She was a caring wife to Clem, mother to me, sister to Barry, Carol, Alan and Wendy, and a wonderful nanny to my 5 children, Ellie, Harry, lily, Hollie and Charley. They loved to spend every spare minute with their nanny, she spoilt them rotten and loved them to bits. She had lots of friends who were very fond of her and always liked to live life to the full.

She overcame breast cancer 12 yrs ago after chemotherapy, radiotherapy and a mastectomy. She was so happy to be free from cancer. 6 years later we sadly lost my mums sister Wendy, her best friend, to cancer. It broke her heart ,and the family’s. My mum overcame her grief and carried on taking care of my nan ,her mum.

I have so many fond memories of my mum enjoying her life and making the most of it, enjoying her Thursday wine nights with her best friend Dawn.

18 months ago the cancer returned in her bones and slowly spread to her liver and lungs, she was so brave and strong and took on cancer for the second time. Sadly she lost her battle on 20/2/14, after rapidly deteriorating during her stay at the Myton Hospice. The staff and doctors couldn’t of been any more helpful, kind and caring towards my mum. I am creating this page so my lovely mum can always be remembered by her family and friends and we can raise lots of money for The Myton Hospices xxx
