About the role…
We have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and dynamic retailer to join our friendly and experienced Retail team in a newly created role as Cluster Shop Supervisor.
With retail supervisory experience and the ability to get the best from an amazing team, you’ll be responsible for the smooth running of a cluster of approximately 5 shops in a 10-mile radius, as required. In addition to working alongside a team that provides a brilliant shopping experience for your customers, you’ll achieve income targets through high standards of shop presentation, stock management and customer engagement.
All our shops are supported by a dedicated team of volunteers. As part of the team, you will oversee their induction and training, management and development whilst encouraging the sharing of ideas in order to contribute to the continued success of the shop.
We are looking for a professional, creative and customer-oriented leader with strong communication skills and the ability to develop and inspire a team. This is a physically demanding role requiring flexibility, self-motivation and a determination to achieve targets. Your shops will be Myton’s face onto the local community. This is a wonderful opportunity to contribute to raising Myton’s profile across the region whilst playing a significant role in raising funds for the services we provide for the people across Coventry and Warwickshire.
