About the role…
This is an exciting opportunity for a Technician to join our Digital Business Support Team.
Working as the front face of IT in the Hospice, our Digital Business Support Technicians support bespoke applications and various systems and devices, troubleshooting printers and network connectivity problems.
As a Digital Business Support Technician, you’ll help with staff and volunteer training with all IT systems and rollout of new projects.
We want to hear from candidates with:
• An interest in the IT industry
• Experience of delivering excellent customer service, including clear communication
• Problem-solving skills
• A good understanding of desktop and laptop hardware, drivers, Microsoft software, and desktop-related security
We are looking for someone who is trustworthy, works well within a team and has good attention to detail.
Other roles you may have experience of could include: IT Technician; IT Support; Technical Support; ICT Technician.

The Myton Hospices is an organisation at the forefront of palliative and end of life care across Coventry and Warwickshire and with a national profile. We have 3 hospices, 2 inpatient units and an ever developing range of outpatient and community based services.
