About the role

We have a fantastic opportunity for an organised and motivated administrator to join our friendly Patient, Family and Carer Support Service (PFCSS) team.

In this role, you’ll provide administrative support to a multidisciplinary team of clinical staff and volunteers, including Counsellors, Complementary Therapists, Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists.

As a PFCSS Administrator, a typical day might include:

  • Administrative duties such as telephone calls, letter writing and ordering stock
  • Inputting, updating and retrieving data using an electronic record system
  • Facilitating meetings, taking and distributing notes

About you

We are looking for an administrator who:

  • Is highly organised
  • Works well in a team and on their own initiative
  • Has experience of using Microsoft Office and an electronic record system
  • Has good interpersonal skills
  • Presents themselves in a professional manner
  • Can be intuitive to people’s needs and emotions and adapt accordingly

Other roles you may have experience of could include: Administrative Assistant; Office Administrator; Administration; Admin; Admin Assistant.
