We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Relief Shop & Retail Spec Trainer to join our retail team.
This role requires you to provide managerial cover across our retail shops. You will be involved in all aspects of running a charity shop with the support of our valued volunteers as well as ensuring that a high standard of customer service is maintained at all times.
You will deliver specific Retail training across the retail team ensuring that all new staff and volunteers are supported through their induction and that they are mentored & trained around Myton’s standards & values, retail processes and shop layout/ merchandising. You will undertake all relevant administrative tasks ensuring that all sales are recorded correctly through the till and the banking of monies is completed daily.
As this is a mobile role a driving license and vehicle for work are essential.
