About the role

We have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated, dynamic retailer to manage our Earlsdon charity shop.

As Shop Manager, you’ll be responsible for the smooth running of a profitable charity shop, providing a brilliant shopping experience and acting as Myton’s face onto the local community.

Our Shop Managers:

  • Manage and recruit volunteers
  • Design the shop layout and enticing window displays
  • Generate high-quality stock donations
  • Undertake administration
  • Handle cash, stock deliveries and collections
  • Maximise sales through Gift Aid and our Weekly Lottery

About you

We would love to hear from you if you have:

  • Retail experience
  • Experience of managing a team of volunteers
  • Confidence in calculating figures and working with financial targets

Other roles you may have experience of could include: Retail Manager; Store Manager; or Retail Store Manager.

An enhanced DBS check will be required for this role.

About The Myton Hospices

The Myton Hospices is an organisation at the forefront of palliative and end of life care across Coventry and Warwickshire and with a national profile. We have 3 hospices, 2 inpatient units and an ever developing range of outpatient and community based services.
