About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate fundraiser to join our welcoming and successful fundraising team. You could help us develop and deliver our fundraising activities and generate income to support patients with terminal illnesses, and their families, now and in the future.

This is a part time role with 22.5 hours per week, although a minimum of 18 hours per week would be considered. It is a hybrid role combining home working with some travel to our sites in Coventry and Warwickshire.

As a Trusts & Foundations Fundraiser, a typical day might include:

  • Researching trusts, foundations and grant funding bodies
  • Preparing funding proposals
  • Collating information to support funding applications
  • Establishing and managing relationships with existing and prospective funders
  • Working with internal and external stakeholders to maximise potential income

About you

We would love to hear from you if you have:

  • Knowledge of the current funding landscape and the needs of grant making organisations
  • Experience of developing and managing relationships with a variety of stakeholders
  • Experience of customer or donor care
  • Excellent attention to detail, research and analytical skills

This role involves travel to all of our sites, so you must be able to travel in Coventry and Warwickshire.

Other roles you may have experience of could include: Fundraiser; Fundraising Officer; Grant Fundraiser; Trust Fundraiser.

About The Myton Hospices
