Hot on the heels of the first Myton charity shop opening next to Morrisons in Stratford, we are thrilled to be opening a second shop, this time in the town centre on Wood Street!
The shop’s new manager, Amanda, is excited to welcome everyone to the new shop and is very keen to recruit people as volunteers. She said:
My background is mainly in hospitality and retail, and I had been working as a charity shop relief manager before joining Myton.
I started in February and have worked at quite a few of Myton’s shops around the area ahead of taking on the Wood Street shop as manager. I am so excited for the opening – I live in Stratford, I know the town, and this is a wonderful retail space.
We have men’s and women’s clothing, and at the moment we have a great selection of brand new wedding dresses, shoes, hats and accessories. The donations are of such good quality.
Please join us from 10.30am on Friday for the opening – you will be among the first people to browse the clothing and accessories on offer!
