David Shadlock founder of Salveo Coaching and Warwickshire Wellbeing Fair shares his thoughts.
Myton Hospice is a wonderful charity that helps and supports individuals and their families who are going through the most difficult times of their lives. Having spoken to those who have been supported by Myton Hospice I felt obliged not only to support this charity but to also spread a message. I want empower people to take control of their health and wellbeing and inspire others to change their lifestyle to improve their quality of life no matter how big or small. Our knowledge about chronic diseases such as cancer, diabetes, coronary heart disease and dementia has never been better but never before have the demands on the NHS been so great. I believe it’s our own responsibility to take control of our health and wellbeing and this event gives everyone the opportunity not only to improve their knowledge but a chance to put lifestyle changes into practise.
If you would like more information regarding the event or wish to have a stall to present your services, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 07899847256.
