    Join The Myton Hospices for a fabulous day out hosted in Dukes Bar at Warwick Racecourse!


    Celebrate all that’s good about jump racing on Tuesday 7th November, as Myton takes part in the Warwick Races Winter Festival.

    The day’s racing will honour legendary jockey and trainer Stan Mellor, the first jockey ever to ride 1,000 jump winners.

    Stan’s first winner at Warwick was way back in 1956, a full decade before his most famous ride, when he rode 25-1 longshot Stalbridge Colonist to an unlikely victory over Arkle, one of the greatest racehorses of all time.

    Racing thrills will abound throughout the seven races on the card, with the highlight being the Stan Mellor Memorial Novices Steeplechase.

    For only £50, you will enjoy entry to the races, a welcome drink (alcoholic or not, your choice) and a prime viewing spot in the Duke’s Bar situated on the first floor of the main grandstand.


    A delicious lunch will be served, and everyone will be entered into a free draw to win four tickets to a fixture (Warwick Racecourse) later in the season.
