Buying a new outfit or redecorating your house doesn’t have to break the bank.
We have over 25 shops that stock a wide range of high quality items from clothing and books to homeware and furniture. By purchasing an item from one of our shops you can find yourself a bargain whilst actively supporting our work.
Each shop is managed by a shop manager but they couldn’t operate without the support of our volunteers and the generosity of the local community who donate goods for us to sell.

I started as a volunteer at the Air Ambulance charity shop in Atherstone before taking on the role of assistant manager. I then moved to The Myton Hospices as the assistant manager and in August 2016 became the manager. Our shop has five dedicated and hardworking volunteers.
I enjoy Myton due to the nature of the charity it’s very rewarding and it is also a charity where I can be creative in the shop. I have enjoyed bringing experience gained from working for a previous charity.
My hobbies are going to the gym, dog walking and travelling to see my children at University in Lincoln and Bristol.
How to get here
The Myton Hospices' shop is situated on Long Street in Atherstone. There are various free carparks which are all a few minutes walking distance from the shop.
Both bus station and train station are a few minutes’ walk from the shop and are on route from Coventry via Nuneaton.
Could you volunteer at one of our shops?
Myton is lucky to have an invaluable team of almost 1,000 volunteers without whom, we would not be able to provide the services that we do. We are often told that volunteering is a way of giving something back. The time that you give as a volunteer will make a huge difference to our patients and their families; you will be supporting people at a critical time in their lives.Volunteer today
