Paul is an experienced NHS finance director who has held senior positions in many NHS organisations at national, regional and local levels. He hopes to use this knowledge to help the hospice with the money it gets from the NHS, the financial arrangements for a hospice are similar to NHS Trusts.

Paul lives in Birmingham and has four older children. Outside of work his hobbies include music and sport (mostly watching and running very slowly!).
