About the role…

As a Trustee you will be involved in setting the strategic direction of the hospice, creating a culture of compassionate patient care and ensuring the organisation works safely within the governance set by the Charity and Care Quality Commissions.

With your specific expertise in Finance & Commissioning, you will chair the Finance Committee and advise the Board of Trustees on financial strategy ensuring the hospice is working within safe accounting principles. You will also advise the Board on commissioning and developing partnerships with the local health and social care system for the benefit of existing patients, local residents and the future viability of hospice provision in Coventry & Warwickshire.
