About the role…

Fantastic volunteering opportunities within our Fundraising team !

We are looking for people to become volunteer Tin Collectors.

There are around 1600 to 1700 collection tins currently placed across various businesses (shops, pubs) within the Coventry & Warwickshire area. The role involves joining around 50 other collection tin volunteers who help monitor the collection tins placed within these businesses on behalf of Myton. Each volunteer has an allocated area and number of tins that are pre agreed on an individual basis. Each volunteer will then be introduced to those places allocated as agreed by the Collection Tin Co-Ordinator who would go over any paperwork and procedures. The role generally entails visiting the places on your list every 3 months to see if their tin needs to be emptied or not, and returning cash to us.

Please click the link below to view the volunteer role description to find out more about what is involved in volunteering as a Tin Collector (please make sure that you have viewed this before you submit an application).

Upon receipt of your application we will be in touch (please disregard the interview date included at the top of the advert)
