Yes. We would always encourage you to think about loved ones first. A gift to Myton can be included after you have made provision for the people closest to you.

What types of gift can I leave?

You can leave a percentage of your estate, a fixed amount of money, or a specific item. Your solicitor can help you decide what is right for you.

What details does my solicitor need?

Your solicitor will usually need our full charity name, registered charity number and address. These details can be included in your free information pack.

Do I need to tell Myton?

No. It is entirely your choice. Some people like to tell us so we can thank them and keep them updated, but there is no obligation.

Can I leave a gift in memory of someone?
