Whether it’s hunting for local wildlife, organising a non-school uniform day or completing a sponsored silence, there are lots of ways your school can help raise money for us.
Our Community Team are keen to work with any local nurseries, schools, colleges or universities who would like to help us raise the vital funds we need to continue making a difference to the lives of our patients and their loved ones.
Care for a bear
Children are asked to take care of one of our special wooden bears, give them a name design them some clothes and look after them for a whole week to raise sponsorship for Myton.
Be a Myton Superhero
Helping others, washing up or tidying their room - pupils are asked to design their own superhero and get sponsored to do five things which make them a Myton Superhero.
Youngsters are asked to put on their wellies and head outside to take part in our sponsored Welly Walk. The school or nursery can design the route in the countryside or even around the playground and it is a great way to keep active.
Enjoy the great outdoors, get some fresh air and learn about local wildlife on our sponsored Funflower Walk. Children can walk any distance and are asked to keep their eyed peeled for creatures including bumble bees, butterflied and ladybirds.
Get Healthy & Active
Youngsters are given ideas of different ways to get more healthy and active, such as trying a new fruit or vegetable and playing sport, whilst raising vital funds for Myton.
There are lots of ways to feel great, like making someone laugh or sharing something with a friend, and raising money for your local charity at the same time!
