Life can bring challenges that can be difficult to navigate, from coping with grief and supporting someone following a bereavement to managing stress, building resilience and understanding changes such as the menopause.
Having the right knowledge and practical tools can help people better understand these experiences, support others and feel more confident when difficult situations arise.
For almost 45 years, we have provided specialist palliative and end of life care to local people and their families. Drawing on our experience, we have developed a range of practical knowledge, resources and covering topics including bereavement, emotional wellbeing and resilience.
We are excited to now share this expertise through a programme of professional, expert-led workshops for workplaces, community groups and other organisations. Delivered by specialist wellbeing practitioners and informed by knowledge from across the organisation, the workshops provide practical tools, insight and greater confidence around a range of important topics.
Available workshops
Bereavement and Grief – understanding grief and how to support colleagues or others following a loss.
Emotional Resilience – exploring practical ways to strengthen wellbeing, build emotional resilience and help individuals manage the pressures of everyday life.

Drop-in workshops are also available for individuals looking to develop their awareness, knowledge and skills in these areas.
Whether you’re looking to support your team following a bereavement, build emotional resilience within your community group, increase understanding of the menopause or build confidence around wellbeing, our workshops offer the opportunity to learn from specialists with decades of experience.
By booking a workshop, you’ll also be helping us continue our work across Coventry and Warwickshire. As a charity, we rely on the support of the local community to provide specialist palliative and end of life care to local people living with life-limiting illnesses, as well as support for their families.
