The Myton Hospices have launched a fabulous new campaign to give hospitality businesses the chance to be fundraising heroes!
Brand new for 2022 Myton Hospice-ality Hero is an initiative aiming to raise £30,000 and involve as many hospitality businesses across Coventry and Warwickshire as possible.
The idea is simple… pick a way to fundraise that best suits your business and customers – we’ve devised a list of 20 great ideas (powers), but you are more than welcome to come up with your own - and then get as many people involved as possible, whether that be colleagues, friends, family, customers or the wider community.
The campaign is a great way to support an incredible cause, build relations with customers, inspire staff to get involved at every level and show the local community how much you care – it’s a win/win for everyone.

Why get involved?
Myton’s Hospice-ality Hero campaign aims to bring multiple benefits to Myton, the businesses taking part and the communities in which they operate – while being great fun at the same time.

Every business taking part in our fabulous Hospice-ality Hero campaign will receive a fundraising kit containing four key items:
A fundraising planner -
Planning is key when it comes to a successful campaign, so our handy fundraising planner will give you the chance to work out what you want to do, when you want to do it and how much you hope to raise. To help us reach our target of £30,000 we are encouraging you, if you can, to set a target of £750 or more – an amazing amount of money that can help The Myton Hospices do so many amazing things.
A window sticker -
The more people who know you’re taking part in our campaign, the more people will hopefully get involved, and the more money you will raise. It’s also a great way to show the community you are supporting The Myton Hospices please display your stickers with pride.
A totaliser -
A clear and simple way (just ask the Blue Peter team!) to show everyone how your fundraising mission is going and to inspire people to get involved and help you reach your target.
A Powers Pack -
20 fabulous fundraising powers to set you on your way – from games, raffles and quiz nights, to coffee mornings, darts tournaments, open-mic nights and talent shows to name just a few. You may have your own fantastic ideas on how to raise the money too – however you get involved and whatever you do (as long as it’s legal!) we’re just delighted you want to become a Myton Hospice-ality Hero.
