    This interactive study day addresses some of the core elements of end of life care, with a focus on the care home setting. It is designed to be delivered to groups of staff on your premises.

    • Responding to difficult questions

    • Recognising dying

    • Recognising and managing common symptoms

    • Mouth care

    • Skin integrity at the end of life
