We are thrilled to offer just 5 exclusive charity places for the iconic 2026 Brighton Marathon - and we'd love for you to join #TeamMyton!
This much-loved seaside marathon starts in the heart of the city and finishes on the famous Brighton seafront.
The 26.2-mile route takes in the very best of Brighton - from the buzzing city streets to stunning coastal views - with thousands of spectators lining the course to cheer your on every step of the way.
Whether you're taking on your first marathon or chasing a new personal best, this incredible event offers the perfect mix of atmosphere, scenery and achievement.
By running for Myton, you'll be helping us continue to provide compassionate, specialist care for people living with life-limiting conditions, and support for their loved ones.
Join #TeamMyton on Sunday 12th April to take on this epic challenge!
In return for your place place, we're asking you to pay a non-refundable registration fee of £20 and pledge to raise a minimum of £400.
Entrants must be aged 18 and over on event day.

Where does the Brighton Marathon start?
The Brighton Marathon will start in Preston Park.
What is the minimum age for this event?
18 years+
Will I receive a Participant Guide?
Yes, all participants will be emailed an official Participant Guide several weeks before the event. Your Participant Guide will include all the information you need to know before, during and after your event.
Are there pacers at the event?
Yes, there will be pacers covering the following target finish times at the event:
3 hours, 3:15, 3:30, 3:45, 4:00, 4:15, 4:30, 4:45, 5:00, 5:15, 5:30, 5:45, 6:00, 6:30, 7 hours. More details about the pacers will be included in the Participant Guide, which will be emailed to participants several weeks before Event Day.
Is there anywhere to leave my bag during the race?
Yes, bag-drop is available at the start of the Brighton Marathon. Head to the Event overview page to find out more.
Where can I find the race photos?
You can view your event photos by heading to the results page, finding your result, then clicking on the FotoGoto button - or by visiting FotoGoto to see your photos.
How do I download my finisher's certificate?

Is there a Park and Ride for the Brighton Marathon?
