At The Myton Hospices, we provide specialist care and support for people with life-limiting illnesses, and their loved ones, from the point of diagnosis to end of life. About the role

We’re looking for an experienced Supporter Care or Data professional to lead the day-to-day operations of our Database & Supporter Care Team and ensure we provide an excellent service to our donors, supporters and internal teams.

This is a hands-on leadership role, improving processes and making sure things get done accurately and on time. You’ll lead the accurate import of data from external fundraising platforms, help maintain data quality, and identify opportunities to continually improve how we work.

As our Supporter Care & Data Operations Lead, you will be:

  • Coordinating workloads and priorities within the team
  • Supporting and developing colleagues, including volunteers
  • Overseeing accurate supporter, income and CRM data processing
  • Analysing data to monitor KPIs and identify opportunities to improve
  • Leading data imports from external fundraising platforms
  • Supporting Gift Aid processing, income reconciliation and fundraising activity

Other roles you may have experience of could include: Customer Care Team Leader; Database Officer; CRM Officer; Fundraising Operations.

The role will involve occasional travel to other Myton sites or fundraising events, but you will have a main office base in Warwick.

About you

We would love to hear from you if you have:

  • Experience of managing significant volumes of data
  • Strong IT skills, including experience with databases or CRM systems
  • Experience of coordinating people, workloads and priorities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Understanding of GDPR and data governance
  • Clear, professional and compassionate communication
  • Ability to identify, investigate and solve problems

We are committed to building an inclusive workplace and encourage everyone to bring their true selves to work. However you identify, and whatever background you bring with you, we welcome you to apply. If there are any adjustments that would help improve your experience with Myton, we encourage you to share this with us.

We particularly welcome applications from people with disabilities and from ethnic minorities, who are currently under-represented in our hospices. We also believe our interview process should be inclusive and transparent. If there is anything missing, or a way we can improve, please do let us know.
