Everyone is invited to enjoy a warm welcome, delicious cakes and good company at a springtime coffee morning in Rugby later this month.

The Rugby Myton Hospice 250+ Club will be hosting their Springtime Coffee Morning and Members Monthly Draw on Saturday 28th March from 10am until 12pm at Sacred Heart Church Hall on Lime Tree Avenue in Bilton.

Everyone is welcome to attend and join in the friendly community event. Guests can enjoy tea, coffee and a selection of cakes while catching up with friends, meeting new people and supporting their local hospice. There will also be a raffle on the day with tickets available for £1 per strip.

Entry is £5 on the door and children under 12 can attend for free.

The Rugby Myton Hospice 250+ Club plays an important role in supporting the hospice through fundraising and raising awareness within the local community. Events like the coffee morning help bring people together while also ensuring Myton can continue providing vital care for patients and families across the area.

Angela Cresswell, Chair of The Rugby Myton Hospice 250+ Club, said:

Our local hospice holds such a special place in so many peoples’ hearts in Rugby for the support it provides when people need it. It is ‘our hospice’ and I joined The Rugby Myton Hospice 250+ Club to help raise awareness locally of how lucky we are to have this wonderful facility and therefore how vital it is that we support it in every way possible.

The group is always keen to welcome new members who would like to help fundraise and spread the word about the work of Rugby Myton Support Hub, formerly known Rugby Myton Hospice, and the importance of hospice care in the community.

If you would like to find out more about the coffee morning or joining the group, you can call 07864 294148 or email hurst.s@yahoo.com
