Our annual Charity Christmas Tree Collection, in partnership with Pass The Smile, will take place over the weekend of Friday 9th, Saturday 10th and Sunday 11th January 2026 – and this is your final opportunity to book a collection slot.

Once the festivities are over for another year, volunteers will be out collecting and recycling real Christmas trees across Coventry and Warwickshire. Every tree we collect is responsibly recycled, helping to reduce waste and protect the environment, whilst raising vital funds to support patients and families across our hospices and in the community, as well as funding research into childhood cancer.

Since 2019, we’ve collected 14,190 Christmas trees, raising an incredible £211,507. This year, with your support, we’re aiming to collect and recycle 4,000 real Christmas trees, covering all CV postcodes, with every tree turned into compost or biomass. It’s a convenient, eco-friendly way to dispose of your tree whilst giving something back.

When the decorations come down, the declutter begins. The Myton Hospices Donation Drive Thru events are an easy way to donate your unwanted items to your local charity – simply drive up and we’ll help unload… drive away and enjoy your day! All in less than five minutes, no parking fees; no hassle and assistance on hand, all whilst supporting your local hospice.

Hosted at Myton’s three hospices in Coventry, Rugby and Warwick, previous Donation Drive Thru events have seen hundreds of kind-hearted supporters emptying their cars of amazing donations for The Myton Hospices.
