Thank you to each and every one of you who joined #TeamMyton for this year’s Glow for Myton!
Taking to the streets of Coventry to complete the 5km route, hundreds of you embraced the 80s theme and came dressed in neon, leg warmers and spandex for a night of epic fundraising for The Myton Hospices!
Including some of our amazing staff also volunteered and took part including our Coventry and Warwick Inpatient Unit Managers and our incredible nurses from Coventry Myton Hospice who put on their brightest neon outfits and took on the 5km challenge. Don’t they look fantastic?!
With their first-hand experience of how the funds raised directly support our patients and their families, we are deeply grateful to our staff for going above and beyond for the cause. Thank you to each and every one of you!
Drum roll ... We are incredibly grateful for all your support, you have raised £35,076.32! Thank you to all of you who fundraised and to everyone who sponsored you!
Take a look at some of the amazing photos from the night and see if you can spot yourself in the sea of neon!
Of course, the success of this event is also down to some truly amazing people.
We’d like to say a big thank you to Matt Print for kicking the night off with his energetic warm-up, our wonderful face painters Little Angels, Paul Sanders for being our incredible MC and our fabulous photographer, Con.
We’d like to give a special thanks to Con for creating the extremely special In Memory video, including special memories from our supporters.
The night was one to remember as we partied to the very best 80s music, from electronic dance to modern rock.
Thanks to Club Tropicana and DJ Sam we danced the night away to some absolute 80s classics! And thank you to HMV Empire for providing a great venue!
And our great friends from Crowngate Construction for sponsoring this year's event!
And last but by no means least, thank you to all our wonderful volunteers for your time, dedication and support. We couldn’t have put on the event without you!

We are incredibly grateful to everyone who took part in this year’s Glow for Myton. Your passion, enthusiasm and fundraising efforts never cease to amaze us! Seeing Coventry lit up in neon and filled with the spirit of the 80s was truly special, and it’s all thanks to our wonderful supporters and volunteers. Every pound raised helps us ensure we can be there for more people living with a life-limiting illness and their families across Coventry and Warwickshire. Thank you on behalf of everyone at Myton!
From the bottom of of hearts thank you so much for your support and we hope to see you at a Myton Event soon!
