Leamington based musician and part time member of The Myton Hospices fundraising team, Holly Hewitt, spent some of her free time raising money for Myton in the run up to Christmas!
The performance...
Holly performed a different festive song every day in December up until Christmas Eve, creating a musical advent calendar. Holly asked friends and social media followers to request songs and also offered to include dedications and Christmas messages in her daily videos on her music Facebook page ‘The Gloria Sunset Duo’.
Listen for yourself...
Day 19 .. Silly Christmas song for you. Donations still coming in and target greatly exceeded. Thank you! I'll put all the other songs on here at some stage. AI'm not much of a tweeter! pic.twitter.com/jf6zEzOQ8P

How much was raised...
The Jingle Bell Jukebox raised £588.75 for Myton, smashing Holly’s £200 target!
Holly said:
This was such a fun way to raise money, but the songs did start getting more obscure and silly as we went on. We were delighted with the wonderful generous support and sponsorship from our friends and family and thrilled to exceed the target for Myton. We are already planning to do it again next year in collaboration with some other musicians.
Thank you Holly for raising so much money and for getting everyone at Myton and beyond into the festive spirit!
