We are delighted to have been chosen by Motorpoint Coventry as its local charity partner and have already received a £1,000 donation!
Motorpoint Coventry was officially opened by the Lord and Lady Mayoress on 4th November 2022 and our Partnerships Manager Laura Haswell was at the opening of the new store to take a look around and receive the generous donation.
Motorpoint CEO Mark Carpenter and Chris Goodison, Retail Regional Director for Motorpoint Coventry, presented us with a £1,000 cheque and moving forward all events held at Motorpoint Coventry will help to raise funds for Myton.

We are delighted to have the support of the new Motorpoint Coventry store and can’t thank them enough for choosing The Myton Hospices as their local charity partner. This year we need to raise £9.1 million to continue providing our vital services free of charge to people in Coventry and Warwickshire living with terminal illnesses – we can’t do it without the generosity of our local community, so partnerships like this one really do make a big difference.
The next fundraising event on the Motorpoint Coventry calendar is their Santa’s Grotto and Winter Wonderland event on Thursday 1st December from 5-10pm.
As well as the big man himself there will be a choir and band, stalls, crafts, games and a mince pie eating competition! Everyone is welcome – entry is free but tickets to Santa’s Grotto cost £2.50 each and booking is advised. All ticket sales go to The Myton Hospices.
