Our annual Santa Sleigh has currently raised over £11,000 for The Myton Hospices!

The Myton Hospices has been bringing the magic of Christmas to Coventry and Warwickshire this festive season. Santa and his elves have dashed through local streets and popular shopping destinations on his sleigh to meet everyone and raise vital funds to ensure we can continue to provide care for patients and their families who are living with life-limiting illnesses.

We hope you managed to catch Santa at a location near you! Thanks to your amazing support, we have raised £11,163!

We would like to say a big thank you to everyone involved in making our Santa Sleigh such a success. Special thank yous must go to Santa Steve and Santa George for taking the time out of their busy schedules to meet and greet our supporters. We hope you all enjoyed meeting them!

We would also like to say a huge thank you to Squab Removals for sponsoring the Santa Sleigh for the second year in a row. A special shoutout goes to Paul from Squab for taking the time to tow the sleigh through the streets of Warwick dressed in his very best… elf costume!

Paul’s dedication doesn’t stop there. This year, he has also helped fix and upgrade the sleigh, has kept it safely stored at Squab Hall, and recently volunteered at our Santa Dash, handing out medals. And, as if that wasn’t enough, he added an incredible light-up reindeer to the roof of his Land Rover, which looks absolutely amazing!

It’s a great privilege, being involved with the Santa Sleigh, both as the main sponsor, as well as being a hands-on volunteer driving the sleigh on the different routes and static venues.

Seeing the joy and excitement on the faces of so many children & adults as we travel up their streets, during the meet & greets and visiting local schools, makes this a very special fundraising activity to be involved in and of course knowing that we are also raising vital funds for such a worthy local charity.

Looking forward to December 2025!

A big thank you goes to Johnsons Coaches who supported us with mini buses for the collection nights in Warwick. Thank you to Ash Brown, General Manager at Johnsons Coaches, and Mark and Micky for driving our elves on the routes.

Of course, we have to thank our amazing elves and community champions for generously volunteering their time to help us raise vital funds. You are all amazing and are definitely on Santa’s nice list this year!
