On Friday 13th March, our charity shop next to Morrisons in Stratford upon Avon will celebrate its first birthday! Staff and volunteers at the shop are inviting people to help it mark the day!
The charity shop, which is next to the supermarket on Alcester Road, was the first Myton shop to open in the town and has had an incredibly successful first year of trading.
As well as selling good quality, pre-loved clothing and accessories, the shop has some fantastic brand new and designer items available to purchase for bargain prices!
To mark the special occasion, the shop will be open from 9am to 6pm, and customers can enter a raffle and be in with the chance of winning some amazing prizes including:
- A hamper of goods from Morrisons
- 2 free adult meals at the brand new Kung Fu Oriental Buffet
- Family ticket for 4 to Magic Alley
- A bottle of whiskey or bubbly fizz
- A voucher worth £60 for a free range bronze turkey for Christmas 2020
Shop Manager, Amber Pinkerton, said:
The shop has had a great first year and we cannot thank the people of Stratford upon Avon and the surrounding areas enough for their support and kind donations. We hope plenty of customers – whether they’ve not been here before or are a regular face in the shop – will pop in on the 13th March to help us celebrate!
Our 27 charity shops help us to raise the millions of pounds needed each year for our three hospices and Myton at Home teams to continue providing vital support and care to people with terminal and life limiting illnesses. We have the only Inpatient beds in Coventry and Warwickshire, providing respite, symptom control and end of life care to hundreds of people each year.
