Over 1,000 people helped make Warwick glow neon on Saturday 16th September at Glow in the Moonlight!

Neon paint, bright leg warmers and flashing accessories were in abundance at St Nicholas Park for this year’s Glow in the Moonlight as 1,005 people walked or jogged 5k to raise money for The Myton Hospices.

Zumba instructor Matt Print got everyone warmed up and ready to glow with a lively warm up! Then after dark – and thankfully after the rain had stopped – participants set off on two laps of St Nicholas Park and the Myton Road, through glow and bubble zones along the way. A 1980s disco in the park marked the finish line!

£31,000 raised so far!

We are delighted that this year’s event has raised £31,000 with more sponsorship money still to come in!

Thank you!

We would like to say a huge ‘thank you’ to sponsors of Glow in the Moonlight, Baxi and Bravissimo. It is thanks to their support that we were able to host this event.

We would also like to say thank you to all of our wonderful volunteers who kindly helped out at this year’s event and to everyone who took part, as well as Mr Pimms and Red Banger, Face Painting by Sooz, Matt Print, Social Media Todd, Warwick District Council and St Nicholas Park Leisure Centre – you all helped make this event a resounding success.

We also had the amazing Adrian Vials on the night taking photos; thank you Adrian!
