The Myton Hospices unite with other local hospices for Love Your Local Hospice TV Ad Campaign

We are pleased to announce that we have joined together with 15 other hospices from the West Midlands, including The Shakespeare Hospice, to create a TV ad campaign entitled ‘Love your Local Hospice.’ The campaign aims to raise awareness of the services that each individual hospice provides in the area as well as highlight the vital role each of the hospices play in the local community.

The series of ITV advertisements will launch on Sunday 14th February and will be shown over a 14 day period. The adverts will demonstrate the love, care, friendship and support each of the hospices provide for patients, young and old, and their loved ones.

Like many of the other hospices that feature within the advert, we work within the local community to provide terminally ill patients and their families with the best possible care. As the advert highlights, coming to Myton is about living well and coping just that little bit better with our support.

Ruth Freeman, Chief Executive at The Myton Hospices, added, ‘There are still many common misconceptions which surround hospice care and we hope the advert will reflect the positive impact our hospices can have on the lives of our patients and their loved ones as well as help dispel myths surrounding hospices in general. We also hope the campaign will encourage people in the local area who believe they could benefit from our range of services to find out more about Myton.’
