Today marks the start of Carers’ Week!

This is a national event which takes place each year to both celebrate the vital work carers do to support people in our communities, and to raise awareness of the help that is available for them.

If you are caring for a family member, friend, or neighbour and need some support and care for you, The Myton Hospices invites you to attend our monthly carers’ days!

The sessions take place between 10am and midday on the second Monday of every month at Rugby Day Hospice. You can chat to experienced staff and volunteers, and meet people that might be in a similar position. You’re also welcome to bring the person you care for with you.

Upcoming sessions are taking place on 8th July and 12th August.

The sessions are free to attend, and people are welcome to drop in. Booking isn’t necessary. For more information call the hospice on 01788 550085.
