The Myton Hospices is urging corporate supporters to swing into action for its annual Golf Day on September 16.
Back for our third year at Coventry Golf Club, we are hoping all our regular supporters – and some new ones as well – will join us to help make the 2021 event one to remember as we look forward to life after the pandemic.
And we’re delighted to welcome our brand new sponsor for 2021 – BRI Wealth Management plc. BRI offer financial planning and investment management advice in and around the local area, and have been established for over 50 years.
All of the usual competitions will be on offer. And, thanks to reduced restrictions, we will be able to welcome back the shotgun start and our ever-popular dinner and auction, giving you plenty of opportunity to bid high on our fabulous auction prizes.
Included in your entry fee will be coffee and bacon rolls on arrival, 18 holes of golf, entry to all the competition holes and a fabulous two-course meal with your fellow golfers to round your fundraising day off.
The competition itself will be a full handicap stableford, with two scores out of four counting and maximum handicap of 24 for the gents and 36 for the ladies.
A four-ball, to include all of the above, will cost just £320 per team (£80 per player) for non-Coventry Golf members and £260 (£65 per player) for members.
Yasmin Audhali, Corporate Fundraiser at Myton and organiser of the event is looking forward to what promises to be a fantastic day out.
“Our annual Golf Day is always a wonderful occasion and we are really looking forward to welcoming old friends and new back to the fabulous Coventry Golf Club.
“We are expecting a fun-filled day, both on the course and at the 19th hole, and hope everyone taking part will dig deep to help us raise as much money as possible for our Hospices.
“Despite Covid enforcing a few changes to last year’s event, we were still blown away by the amazing support we received and money we raised – and can’t wait to see you all again for a full and unrestricted day of fun and fundraising.”
New sponsor BRI Wealth Management added:
“We are proud to sponsor and be a part of the annual Myton Hospice Golf Day, which is always a fantastic occasion and raises such a wonderful amount of money for a truly worthy cause.”
