- Overtake Fitness' a Warwick based fitness studio , located on the Budbrooke Industrial Estate is hosting a Hyrox simulation competition on 4th July 2026 in aid of The Myton Hospices.
Hyrox is a fitness challenge combining of: 8 kilometres of running with 8 functional workout stations, alternating between runs and exercises.
This event aims to bring the Overtake Community together in support of The Myton Hospices, whether you are competing or cheering everyone on. Everyone is welcome to get involved.
There will be refreshments to purchase on the day and a spin to win wheel with some fantastic prizes to win.
