Hello! My name is Robbie and I am a Toy Poodle. I have been a volunteer at The Myton Hospices with my human, Sally, for the last four years. I’m four and a half years old so I’ve been helping at Myton most of my life! Although I’m not a Pets As Therapy dog, I like to cuddle people who may be visiting friends or family on the Inpatient Unit. I give great cuddles and like to think I cheer people up if they’re upset.
Robbie loves to wear a…
Myton is like a second home to me; I make myself comfortable on reception and the staff, volunteers and visitors say ‘hello’ to me as they pass. I can always be found wearing my Myton bandana while I’m volunteering and am proud in the knowledge that I brighten people’s day.
