To support this and continue to develop this vital area we are recruiting a full time Volunteering Development Officer to join our team!

 

What will the role involve...

The Volunteering Development Officer role will involve supporting line managers in recruiting, developing, engaging and retaining volunteers within their team, ensuring a positive volunteering experience.

 

The successful applicant will possess a working knowledge of volunteering best practice, with previous experience of recruiting, managing and supporting volunteers. We are looking for someone with demonstrable experience of working alongside line managers to support them to engage fully with their volunteer resource.
