We are excited to announce the opening of a brand new charity shop in Shipston-on-Stour and we are looking for a motivated and dynamic retailer to take on the role of shop manager.
We have more than 25 shops across Coventry and Warwickshire, selling good quality items to raise vital funds for the much-loved local charity.
Myton’s charity shops fund the care of 1 in 4 patients so by joining the team you will be making a real difference for people living with life-limiting illnesses and their families, as well as helping to promote sustainable fashion.
As shop manager you’ll be responsible for the smooth running of a profitable charity shop, providing a brilliant shopping experience and acting as Myton’s face in the local community.
The shop manager will manage and recruit volunteers, design the shop layout and enticing window displays, generate high quality stock donations and much more!
If you have retail experience, have managed a team of volunteers and are confident working with financial targets then we would love to hear from you.
We are also recruiting a shop manager for the well-established Wellesbourne shop.

Each shop is run by a paid shop manager but they couldn’t operate without the support of an amazing team of volunteers.
