We are delighted to be collaborating with Coventry Citizens Advice and Macmillan to offer an advice service for our patients and their carers.
The free service offers practical advice and guidance about benefits, money management and planning, employment, housing or social and welfare issues for the hospice's patients and their carers.
The aim is to guide people through some of the issues that come from being diagnosed with a life-limiting illness and to help them access any financial, social or welfare support that they may be entitled to.
The caseworker can provide independent, impartial and confidential advice and support with:
- Welfare and benefits
- Money Management and planning
- Housing
- Employment
- Grant applications
