About the role…

Our network of charity shops plays a significant role in raising funds for the services we provide for the people across Coventry and Warwickshire.

We are looking for a professional, creative and flexible leader to recruit, train and motivate a team of volunteers. The successful candidate will be required to achieve sales targets by maintaining high standards of quality and presentation in our shops; therefore, it is essential that applicants have experience of working towards targets and of shop management.

Whilst primarily based at our Stratford Morrisons shop, all Shop Managers are required to provide cover across our network of charity shops to ensure we are opening our most profitable shops at all times, therefore mobility across Coventry and Warwickshire is essential.

About our The Myton Hospices…

The Myton Hospices is an organisation at the forefront of palliative and end of life care across Coventry and Warwickshire and with a national profile. We have three hospices, two inpatient units and an ever developing range of outpatient and community based services.

We have almost 300 staff and over 800 volunteers who are committed to improving the quality of life for patients and their families. Our people are central to the success of Myton working across our palliative care services, our fundraising, support teams and our extensive retail footprint. We are a much loved and well supported charity, at the heart of our community.
