Here at Myton we strive to provide services that meet the needs of patients requiring Palliative and End of Life Care and their families.
As we continue our response to Covid-19 and start to navigate the ‘new normal’, the way we work has changed but our primary focus remains the same; to provide care and support for terminally ill patients, and their families, in our inpatient beds and in the community.
We are inviting a range of stakeholders including patients, families, our supporters, the general public, health care providers and Myton staff & volunteers to help us shape what we do in the future by completing a short survey.
Whether you have had a direct experience of our services or whether you have views about what you would like to see provided for terminally ill people and their families across Coventry and Warwickshire we would really welcome your thoughts.
You can complete the survey online here.
Please make sure that you click ‘next’ after the first question and after the final question in order to submit your responses.
If you would like to complete the survey over the phone or would prefer to have the survey posted to you please call us on 02476 936786 between 8.30am and 1pm Monday – Friday.
The online survey will be live until Friday 17th July and we would like all paper copies returned by then too.
Whilst we may not be able to implement all suggestions and ideas we will consider them all as part of our review of the survey findings. We look forward to hearing your thoughts.
Thank you for your ongoing support and for taking the time to complete our survey, we really appreciate it!
