Sharing your message takes just a couple of minutes, costs nothing, and could brighten someone’s day. It also reminds our team why their work is so important; making a real difference to people in our local community.
If you’d like to go one step further, you can also make an optional donation alongside your message. Every gift helps ensure we can continue providing our services free of charge to people living with life-limiting illnesses and their families when they need us most, now and in the future.

Did you know…? We have to raise £12.7 million of the £15.3 million it costs this year to continue providing our services free of charge to our patients and their loved ones – that’s more than £1 million every single month! We simply couldn’t provide our vital services without our local community – thank you to everyone who supports our vital work, together we can make a difference!
