On Thursday 20th October, our Trinity Street shop re-opened after a 3 week long refurbishment.
At 1pm, staff and volunteers opened the doors to greet a crowd of keen, loyal locals waiting to take a peek at the changes that have been made at the shop in Coventry. We are delighted to announce that we achieved record sales in the first 4 hours of opening alone!
When asked about the changes and the difference the renovation will make, Shop Manager, Denise Randell, said, ’refurbishment has given customers a much brighter, more modern environment to shop in and they are loving it. The alterations to the work area have also provided the team with a more spacious and efficient working area. As a dedicated team who always go the extra mile to support myself and my two assistants Pat Lucas and Maz Merrett, I believe this is what our volunteers deserve.’
