Jason joined The Myton Hospices in July 2025 as Director of Fundraising and Supporter Development, bringing with him over 18 years of experience in and around the charity sector.

His background spans fundraising, supporter engagement, and digital transformation, and he has held senior roles at organisations including Norwood, Worcestershire Acute NHS Trust Charity, Midlands Air Ambulance Charity, and PayPoint, where he led national partnerships and innovation in fundraising.

Jason’s career began in sales and marketing before moving into media and business development, eventually finding his home in the charity sector. He’s passionate about modernising how organisations connect with supporters, using data to inform decisions, and building collaborative, high-performing teams that put people at the heart of their work.

He was drawn to Myton by the deep connection it has with its communities, the warmth and commitment of its people, and the chance to help grow long-term income to support outstanding care for patients and families across the region.

Outside of work, Jason he follows Worcester Warriors, he’s a livelong Arsenal fan, enjoys travelling, and always is trying to keep the wife Nikki and the kids happy!
