Karen joined The Myton Hospices as a Trustee in November 2024.

She is a chartered accountant and a member of the ICAEW. She has spent most of her career working in financial leadership roles in the science and technology sector in the UK and Europe.

Karen is experienced in working in different business environments and working with management teams to unlock organisational and operational potential.  She believes strongly that the effective use of financial data to inform decision making enables organisations to align and refine their strategy effectively.

Karen has lived in Warwickshire for over 25 years and in her spare time enjoys yoga and reading. She also enjoys travelling and trekking, the further flung location the better.

She is delighted to be appointed a Trustee to The Myton Hospices and keen to use her experience to support the Myton team in effectively delivering the best possible palliative and end of life care within the local area.
