My name is Jodie Jones, I’m a Community Fundraiser at The Myton Hospices.

In my role as a Community Fundraiser at The Myton Hospices, I have the privilege of working closely with people across our local community who want to support the incredible care Myton provides. Whether it’s helping someone organise their first fundraiser, supporting a local business or cheering people on as they take on a challenge, my role is all about being there every step of the way and making fundraising feel accessible, enjoyable and meaningful.

What I love most about my role is the people I get to meet. Everyone has their own reason for supporting Myton, and it’s really special to hear those stories and be part of their journey. There’s something incredibly rewarding about seeing the effort, kindness and creativity people put into their fundraising, and knowing that it all helps make a real difference to patients and their families when they need it most.

Outside of work I love to travel and experience new places. I am a big sports fan following football and darts religiously, but also spend a lot of time designing, making and decorating to fulfil my passion for home interiors.

A fun fact about me is I that I am a trainer addict; I have over 100 pairs!
